DELIVERY

We will arrange delivery of Physical Goods by courier or by Australia Post. We process deliveries promptly upon receipt of full payment.

Goods will be dispatched from Pampelle Pty Ltd, 150 Boundary Road, Oakville, NSW, 2765

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia.

Delivery of physical Goods within Australia may take between 7 and 14 business days

We take no responsibility for Goods that are lost or damaged during delivery.

We may choose in Our sole discretion whether or not to replace Goods which are lost or damaged during delivery.

Any disputes regarding physical Goods which are lost or damaged during delivery should be directly taken up with the relevant courier company or with Australia Post as applicable.

You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, who is over the age of 18, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.

 

NORTHERN TERRITORY ORDERS

If you are a resident of the Northern Territory or are using this Website to make purchase(s) for delivery to a Northern Territory address prior to any offer or acceptance, additional price checks must be completed. You acknowledge that the final price of Website Product(s) are subject to such additional calculations to ensure Pampelle Pty Ltd compliance with the Northern Territory’s minimum floor price requirements under the Liquor Amendment (Minimum Pricing) Act 2018 (NT).
